provides concrete sealing services. Sealing your
concrete will help eliminate the alkali and lime
from deteriorating the surface. Sealing concrete
insulates and water proofs all cementations
surfaces. Ideal preparation for walls and floors
prior to surface applications of coatings.
Sealing your concrete will reduce the hydration
of water through the surface.
We
only use the highest quality sealing products on
all of our projects. Other types of sealing
finishes can be applied to your masonry surfaces
to provide protection and beauty. These finishes
are durable and will provide a high gloss wet
look that also gives excellent protection from
wear, abrasion and moisture.
Our chosen sealing product....
Seals Against
Oil, Water and Salt – It reduces the
surface energy of stone below the surface
tension of oil and water. These liquids then do
not enter the surface and are not pulled into
the stone or concrete through capillary action.
Our product is also an excellent graffiti
repellent.
Better
Chemistry – The product's minute silane molecule
penetrates the stone deeply in an alcohol-based
liquid instead of a petroleum distillate. A
chemical reaction bonds the silane molecule to
the latticework of the stone forever. Nothing
can break this chemical bond, including
ultraviolet light. Silanes are different from
the molecular fillers of the siloxane family,
commonly used in other sealers. Siloxanes (and
Teflons used in other sealers) wear out and must
be reapplied.
Long Life
Indoors or Out – The deep penetration (typically
1/4”) combined with the permanent chemical
bonding allows us to offer a written 15-year
performance warranty stating the stone will
remain hydrophobic and oleophobic when
our products applied by our Certified Applicator
and cleaned regularly.
Apply Even to
Damp Stone – The product is completely
“breathable.” While preventing oils, water and
salt from penetrating the stone, it allows water
vapor to pass upwards through the stone surface.
If the tile or substrata is damp during
installation, it will dry out. Because it is
“breathable,” our product will prevent
efflorescence. Incidentally, and passes
through most water-based or distillate-based
impregnating sealers.
Use Any
Cleaner – Though it changes the surface tension
of the stone, our product won’t change the
frictional properties or appearance. It will,
however, make cleaning much easier. Since
our product is bleach-tolerant, surface stains
can often be bleached out. In fact, any cleaner
can be used without affecting the seal. Please
note: acidic cleaners may etch the stone, though
they do not affect the seal.
Easy to Apply
– Our Product is easy to apply. Spread on the
surface so it looks like a mirror finish for at
least 3 seconds and allow it to penetrate for 10
minutes to a day. Repeat with a second coat for
another 10 minutes or longer. Wipe off any
excess with a clean white cloth. Use stone after
6 hours.
